Service
The secretariat department manages general telephone reception and orients your request towards the different departments concerned. It is also responsible for handling mail, both incoming and outgoing. The service also centralizes the delivery of offers relating to public contracts of supplies, services, and construction.
Finally, it ensures, among other things, the handling of the following complementary services:
Pension requests
Distributions of catalogues of wood sales
Fiftieth, sixtieth, and sixty-fifth wedding anniversaries
Organization of meetings and patriotic festivals
Various organizations: Day Without a Car, Operation Bike Engraving, AWBB (Wallonia-Brussels Basketball Association)
etc.
